Consider Others -
God's blessing on each and every one of you. We are praying
for the Holy Spirit to keep you strong in these difficult times all
are under going. Much joy and sorrow is shared in the same
month.
Let us mourn with some and rejoice with others. All the while
let us keep our eyes on Jesus Christ and the prize set before
us. We are not like those of the world who have no hope. Our
hope is in the Lord! We know that Jesus Christ is coming
again to receive us unto Himself and we know He said when
you see these things happening, lift your heads up for your
deliverence is getting near.
Remember those in distress to prayer. There has been much
tragedy throughout the USA and the World. From the hurricane
damage, train wreck, tonados and flooding; the worsening
economy and loss of jobs, many people are feelings the last
day's syndrome.
Houston and Galveston and other places will be without power
for some time according to the reports. We can intercede for
their deliverance from darkness. There are many who have
become homeless due to storms. Let us work together with
those organizations that serve God and man for the glory of
God to help those in need.
Pray for those who have lost loved ones in the accidents that
have recently happened. Moscow had a plane crash, China
had a bus accident; California had a train accident plus many
others deaths around the world. Pray, pray and pray for Israel!
Only God can comfort the comfortless. Let us pray that their
hearts will be turned to Him and receive the mercy they need to
be released from all bondage.
Reasons to rejoice...
God's goodness is throughout the entire inhabited earth. Many
lives have been spared because of heeding warnings,
healings have taken place in many lands where the Word is
being preached and souls are still being saved!
Several of our friends have returned from their missinary trips
to Ghana. The reports are tremendous! All glory to God the
Father.
We were blessed here in Oklahoma with 500 pounds of sugar
to distribute. Many of the families were smiling for the sweet
gift that came with the love of God and prayer.
Now we are preparing for the 2008 Christmas give a way. We
have 15 families this year. We are asking for your help again.
Our gift packages this year will include 2 toys, 1 pair of pants
and shirt, socks, shoes, sweater or sweatshirt and of course
Little Debbie's snack cakes. Each item will be individually
wrapped and then bundled. Each bundle will also include the
Step Up To Life Gospel message so that the children will have
a very Merry Christmas & receive the witness that Jesus Christ
loves them so much.
If you would like to sponsor a child, contact the office and we
will supply the age, size and gender for you to do your
Christmas shopping. You may do an entire package, part of a
package or you may choose to send in a love gift marked "For
The Children" and our C.R.E.W. will do the rest. If you choose
to send a Christmas card we will be happy to include it in their
gift package.

| J. O. Y. It has been a while since we have considered the acronym of Jesus Others Yourself! We always want to do things in the correct order. Let us first consider... Consider the Things of Jesus - The Spirit Scene 1 - Back in May I had an experience I will not soon forget. I was riding my bike to Church Bible study and fell off along the way. Not only did I skin my knees and hand pretty bad but I had knocked all the air out of me making it impossible to breath. I asked"Jesus, help me" immediately and just as quickly the Lord breathed into me His breath, filling my lungs and entire body. Of course I thanked Him for letting me live and not getting run over by a car! Scene 2- At the beginning of August while I was assisting Evangelist Ruth White at her home, this particular day the carpets were being cleaned downstairs so I was upstairs on my bed just worshipping God. Nothing strenuous, just lying on the bed - knees up, arms up praising the Most high God! All of a sudden He breathed into me again into the fullness of my body. I said "thank You, Lord" At that He said to me "You said that with My breath." I said "yes, Lord" Scene 3- Several days later I was home and upon waking and looking out the window, I started thanking God for my life and the trees and all the lovely surroundings as well as His loving kindness. In a still small voice He said to me"You said that with My breath!" I finally got it. It took a while but I now understood what He was teaching me. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit and God lives within you, you live by the breath of God. You speak with the breath of God. What words are coming out across your lips propelled by the very breath that God breathed into you? We must consider what is coming out of our mouths. His word says there is life or death, blessing or cursing. What are you saying? May it be for His glory! |

while: for there were many coming and going and
they had no leisure so much as to eat."

| We are happy to announce the one year Anniversary dedication service we are hosting for Camp Rest A While Saturday October 11, 2008 Come for the dedication service at 11 A.M. Camp Rest A While is being dedicated to the service of the Lord as a place of rest for God's children in loving memory of our dear friends who have gone home before us. Chryssoula Killian and Cecil Rice are two loving people who have blessed so many people in the past as well as ourselves. Food and Fellowship and good music will start at noon. We are so thankful to be where God has brought us and we want to rejoice with our friends in the LORD! A covered dish is welcome but not necessary. This is a camp so dress accordingly. |
| Prayer & Worship Conferences Preparing The Way of the LORD! The conference at Dogwood Chapel of Lakemont Shores was wonderful. We are truely helping people to terry one hour with the Lord.
